I had a 40'x90' pole barn built by Rob-Bilt in August of 2008. According to Rob Bilt, thier buildings can withstand winds up to 90 mph. These are the worst builders ever. I bought a new home from them during the recent housing crisis. They tried to make ever short cut possible to maximize their profit and short change me. My house didn't have screens for six months. My bathroom sink doesn't hold water and my tub has cracks in it. I had the Gutter Helmet Sysytem install Back 12/2002 This system prevents leaves, debris, birds from getting into the gutters. Some how birds got into the gutter above the garage preventing the flow of water when it rains. I just noticed it cause of all the visible tigs. The system in all has been serving it's purpose, but this is an error of the installer that this part of the gutter was not properly sealed. I've placed numerous calls leave messages and no response. I purchased a queen size Eurotop mattress set from Gallery Furniture of 04/02/2009. After 2 months, I noticed the mattress was developing a "sag" in the middle of the mattress. I contacted Gallery and was told "no problem" and that they would sent out a replacement later in the day. @ hours later, they contacted me and informed me that it wasn't their proble, and the vendor would have to make good on it and inspect it. We hired Jerome Sammy for a basement renovation - we were promised the project to be completed within 6 weeks (due to the ease of the renovation) at the time of signing the contract (Jan 2009) and by June 2009 the project still has not been completed. I loved this set as it was a compromise with the hubby for the leather set I really want. I ordered the furniture and it came in when promised and we got it home all was okay. We sat on the love seat and it was perfect, when we sat on the couch it was a bit different in height but thought nothing of it. The next day it was worse, having your knees come up to your chest. Called, they came out and they put extra fabric weaved through the springs and that did not help. I have been trying to get a hold of Mathew Kline the salesman who sold me my outdoor kitchen for months. I finally did get him to deliver the order May 25. He delivered the kitchen components which looked good, but the grill has a big dent on the hood, is missing the rotisserie, and is set up for natural gas when I requested propane. I purchased, via the internet, a replacement bag for my Polaris pool cleaner at the end of October, 2008. By April, 2009, one side of the velcro strip that holds the bag closed had pulled away from the bag, making it impossible to keep the bag closed. I contacted the company, explained the problem, asked for a replacement but have not gotten a response of any kind. I can't say that all of this company's merchandise is defective, but I can certainly say that their customer service is. The salesperson & the customer service person for company does not even know there products they are selling. We ordered columns and capitals and the salesperson did not know to subtract the height of the capital from the height of the column shaft to give the overall height we needed. When we attempted to get the issue resolved with them they were again trying to rip me off wanting to charge me twice as much for new columns. I bought this LG One Door Fridge one year agao. Last night I clean the fridge as in the freezer there are so many Ice that I couldn't keep things inside. In October of 2005 after Katrina, I bought a Kenmore Pro Elite Refrigerator, and I did not buy a warrenty due to the fact that I expected Sears to stand up to its good name and do the right thing.
