The Magic Bullet is advertised on TV as being able to slice, dice, puree and all sorts of things. In reality, it is an extremely expensive, poorly constructed mini- blender that lacks even basic blending abilities. It cannot chop or dice any solid food, it simply purees everything into an unappetizing wet mush. Enclosed garage. Replace garage door with bay window, 3 sides. Looks nice but wood is rotten under window after 3 years. Paid $7338.00. Now Mr. Brent wants 650.00 to repair. Year befor last I purched their elect trimmer and the warranty. The trimmer would not hold a charge, so I took it back the next summer and was told they were having lots of problems with them...so they exchanged it, but the warranty would be used to get a New One! Purchased a S&F King Mattress in 2006. Paid almost $2, 500. "Holes/sagging" from early on - within first year. Once you get stuck in it, can't roll out. Caused considerable back pain as well. Needed a better filter for above ground pool. Saw the Aquaquik Universal Pool Filter System at a local pool store. Tried checking it out online, but it hadn't been reviewed yet. On 5/31/09, I made an online purchase of a "Critter Can" from Bearicuda Bins that was advertised as "Raccoon-proof" on their website. The can arrived about 7 days later. I would not recommend using Tileworks of Texas. We purchased a granite top from Tileworks. For what they charged and what was delivered this was not a food deal. They gave us a different product that what we had asked for or were promised. I would not recommend Tileworks of Texas for Granite. They are not honest and can switch the quality of the material that they are supplying. When addressing the problem to both the sales person and the manager they were not interested in satisfying us. I had service with this company recently and they were all the horrible things that you expect about a service provider. They were late to my place and this is frustrating for most of us since we take the time off to come home for the morning or afternoon for these service calls. My Hampton Bay Ceiling fan failed last night, just lost all power to the fan and light. I took it down this morning and took it to the Home Deport where I had purchased it. The Manager told me that since it was bought in May of 2008, I would have to send it back to Hampton Bay. Does Home Depot not own Hampton Bay Ceiling Fans? Was told by deliveryman, mattress would be delivered at 4-4:30. they even called and said they were on their way. they showed up at 8:20. When the technician come to the consumer's home to install the ADT alarm system why can't the ADT service just give the form to the consumer on the spot to fill out and mail to the address on the form. We purchased a new Maytag dishwasher 16 months ago. From beginning it did not clean well and made abnormal noises. We had the repairman and the owner of the appliance store out many times. ADT doesn't monitor the system at all. The transformer they provided to us wasn't working and we lost the battery because of that. They couldn't detect weather our system was still working or not. I called them after three weeks to notify them about the failure. The reply i was getting them was bull-shit. Joe, the owner of Olde Boston Construction took a check in the amount of $500 to install a rug on my sun porch on 5/11/09, and he said it would be installed in two weeks. When I did not hear from him, I called and he said the rug was not available yet, it would take another two weeks. AE Factory technician came to our home to repair a washer. He was unable to repair and needed to order parts. Our timeframe was from 8-12. We called eight times from 12:00-5:30 before anyone would return our call. When the technicians arrived, they stated that it was the wrong parts before they even opened the boxes. I need to file a complaint against Center Point (Gas). They are robbing me blind. They are not advising me of any extra charges that they keep placing on my bill due to a disconnection. Bad thing about it, I can’t choose another gas company because there is none, and they know it. I bought a Intex pool at the end of last summer and never put it up till now. We had a heck of time getting the ground level.
