Purchased $9, 900 in "designer" living room furniture. No, I am not WEALTHY...I saved for it. The sales rep NEVER mentioned all of the legal mumbo jumbo on the back of the sales receipt. She told me I was initialling for my delivery. When they arrived to deliver my furniture, they measured my door and refused to take the items off the truck stating the door way was 36" and the furniture was 38". I purchased a leather sectional delivered on 02/28/09. The furniture is already peeling and tearing up. A repairman has been sent out and needs to come back. I owned leather furniture prior to this. I had it for years. Never have I heard of leather peeling. Another thing, Why is brand new furniture peeling and tearing up after a few months anyway? I feel I have been giving the run around. Even if you're desperate after an unexpected basement flood, don't call these bozos! Disorganized, inaccurate, sloppy...broke the legs off our pool table; ripped a corner off basement carpet and tried to hide the damage; cracked baseboards when removing/replacing carpet. I pay over $300 a year for a "Worry Free" appliance contract. I was on hold for 30 minutes today to schedule an appointment for a broken dishwasher. The first available appointment is in almost 2 weeks! I will not re-new my service contract with them and I advise others to look for a different service provider. They don’t tell you when you sign up that most appointments take 2 weeks. Can you live for 2 weeks with a broken refrigerator? Or taking your wash to a Laundromat? The service was snaking a kitchen drain. The cost -- for a visit of 1 hour--was $371.54! Based on my research online, this is well above the highest costs in a range that starts at $90. When I called for the service, I was told that the visit would cost $79, and tha that fee would be replaced by a standard cost for the needed service, once the service person could assess the problem. The problem was simple--a clogged drain. The solution was a snake in the drain. The cost was a total rip-off. I bought two LG split Acs 1.5 ton capacity from Malhotra electronics HoshiarPur(Panjab). eversince I bought these ACs they have never worked satisfactorily.I complained to the dealer a number of times but he has not attended the complaint . I have an LG microwave oven. About one month back it started showing errors in its display system. On lodging a complaint, it was attended to thrice by technicians from LG Electronics. First, the circuit board was replaced, then the heating device was replaced. Even then, the oven failed to work properly. The technician then said that the transformer needed to be replaced. We purchased a new GE Adora clothes dryer in 2006 DHDSR48EF2WW. The felt fell out of it 3 months ago and we had to repalce due to noise and odor, the vent area rusted and last week the motor went--repair cost more than originalcost of appliance. I had to pay $99.00 to repair to tell me that I needed a new applaince--one that should last minimum of 10 years in a four person adult household. I will neve purchase a GE appliance again. I will have to replace my kitchen appliances and will spend severl thousand dollars but not on GE. The repair call could at least have been free for such a rediculoaus break down. read full review »

Recently I had my LCD tv installed on the wall by a trade man, but the television fell off the wall leaving a big damage to the wall. I made contacts with the trade man but once he came to know about his work he is not responding to my calls. Do not buy from them go to your local Nursery they are much cheaper. They also do not tell you if the trees are not ready to be shipped and have a delayed shipping. So when you call and cancel they want to still charge you the 10% cancelation fee even if they did not have them ready to ship. No where on there site do they mention that there could be a delay in the shipping of the tree. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I was billed $16.89 by USBI on behalf of Cheap2Dial on my March 2009 AT&T bill for and then $17.16 on each of the next 3 months phone bills. In total I have been charged $68.37 for service that I did not authorize, utilize, nor need. I have contacted USBI and AT&T to remove these charges from my bill and stop any future amounts from being billed for services that I have not authorized. read full review »

The machanism on our rocker/recliner failed. The mechanism has a lifetime warranty. On the repairman's second visit (wrong part on first visit, even though we furnished them with the model and serial number), he replaced the mechanism in about 1/2 hour and charged us $150 labor. However, the concrete contractor, Quintino Caruso did a horrible job. I seriously think this guy doesn't even know how to do concrete, he did stairs for us on the side of our house and the brackets under the concrete was still visible, the stairs ended up lop-sided, slanted, chipped, and worse of all, the steps were all unproportional. Wine Cooler needs compressor. Part is under warranty but can't locate receipt to prove date of purchase. Told Haier I would pay for compressor. They sent out service company who ordered compressor per Haiers part number. Compressor that arrived was not the same as the one in the unit so a second compressor was ordered and that too was the wrong one. Hi, I am service affected customer. It took 1 month approx to get my product serviced. I had to make nearly 9 calls (svc tkt #.8143 1710, 8153 7238). There is a huge miscommunication btwn the call center and the service desk. The worst experience was when a Manager of Chennai service desk (I think he said Susidharan) was very rude and responding with aggressive words which very hurting. It really is hard to comprehend how bad this stores' sales practices and service are: I really should have walked out of the store in the 1st 10 minutes when my 'salesman' took a personal call while walking me to show me beds. When I went to purchase the bed I was told I could not use American Express (AMEX); I told him thank you, I'll go elsewhere. Suddenly...the store took AMEX. Mmm.
