I went to Big Bazar in Trivandrum for shopping on 28/July/'09 with my five Japanese guests. We each had a small hand bag carrying cash, valubles and travel documents. We went with the Steinway Cherry Artisan Laminate Flooring because it appeared to be beautiful and durable. How wrong we were! The last straw. I scheduled service with Leslie's pool to replace the pool pump 3 times in as many years. The tech arrived as agreed but immediately said that he needs parts and would try to return that day or would return first thing the next morning. At the time I was told that it would be advisable to purchase a COMPREHENSIVE warranty for $240.00 which would cover repairs for the lifetime of the couch. Exceedingly dishonest about payments. They will quote you and promise you one thing, and then not honor their commitment. They will get you on-site for a service call, and if it be4comes complicated, will verbally promise you an hourly rate, or an increased flat rate, and then when it comes time for payment, they will deny ever making any such commitments, even if your have names, times, and the end-user's signature. Sales rep lied I went to the store to possibly buy some new furniture for my condo and found a couch and chair for the living room. My daughter had a cat and I was concerned about it using the furniture as a scratching post. The sales rep assured me if I purchased the "warranty" that the company would fix any pet damage.
