This is one of the most unorganized construction company that you can find. They keep changing materials for construction and charges extra on the customer. We bought an extra firm mattress in March of 2007. We got in touch with the store and told them we were developing an indent in the mattress. A technician came and looked at the mattress. He told us that the indents were only 1 inch and they have to be 1 and 1/2 inch deep before they will do anything. They also said we should not sit on the edge of the bed because the mattress are not made to take the pressure. I paid $1500 for the mattress and I AM NOT SUPPOSE TO SIT ON THE BED. They did a job for my mother about 15 years ago and here is what I am experiencing today to clean up THEIR MESS. They put an entire second level on the house along with a new bath tub on the main level and an upper level deck on the back. When they broke out the tile to put the new tub in on the main level, they replaced the tile with panel board. Of course now the walls are rotted and mildewed and Im ripping walls out of a bathroom. We hired Sunray Services on 5/29/08 to fix a leak in our kitchen from our upstairs bathroom. The plumber who gave the estimate, Ralph, told us that the entire ceiling had to be removed, along with the side wall of our kitchen. We used Precision Door Service in Scottsdale, Arizona, about three weeks ago. The price started at $89.00 and went up three times to $433.20. The next day we called because the door did not work. They wanted to charge us a service fee to come out and look at the door. This was the next day after their work was to be guaranteed. I paid 238 dlls for the piece and when I went to pick this up they try by all means to get you with one piece in exhibition and not from the warehouse. POOR Serivce - I am going on my 6th repair call for the same issue. The techs keep on coming but they seem to mess it up each time. Today, Saturday, I had a call to confirm my service appointment between 8-5pm but no one showed. Walmart, Lowe's, and Home Depo can not be bothered to check the quality of the cheap plants they offer. As a result tomato blight has taken over the North East US. I personally lost more than $50.00 of high quality Burpee plants that had been thriving. Purchased expensive microwave (for us) almost $500. Caught on fire while baking a potato and died. Repairman proclaimed sensor failure. Sears Customer Service stated consumer abuse, "aluminum could have grown in potato" (minerals?). It was our responsibility to watch the potato at all times. Make sure you thoroughly read your contract with these people before signing. I signed a 3 year contract with them, and after the 3 year term ended, I called to cancel services. This individual or someone representing his company TAPED advertising literature to the siding of my house. This is an OUTRAGEOUS business practice! I called him to ask that it be removed on 3 different occasions and he ignored all three - he always lets his phone go to voice message, so there's no way to speak to him. I filed a BBB complaint and he has lied to them about trying to call me, leaving messages, and accuses me of ignoring him! I was locked out of my house and called usalocksmiths.com. A guy showed up in about 35 minutes, looked at the lock, and told me that he would charge me $188 for the job. It was expensive, but what could I say? "Maybe it was a difficult task", I said to myself. But it was NOT!!! Well, I heard back from Maytag Customer service. Their advice is for me to contact a service technician. On the basis of everyone's comments here, I think I will save myself some time and money and just wait for the dishwasher to die completely. I am going to talk to the store that sold the dishwasher to us, and let them know how poorly Maytag is treating their customers. Did someone suggest a lawsuit?
