Used Cabot Cement Coat factory applied finish when constructing a new home. Within five years the color has faded to a completely different shade and my beautiful dream home looks awful. When I bought the bed from Factory Direct in Tukwila, WA along with buying the product, they offered a $500.00 gift card. We were asked to go to claimyourgroceries.com. I went to that website and was able to print the monthly voucher. You need to send the voucher along with the receipt from the accredited store that you chose the address they provided. I chose Costco and was promised that a gift card will be sent after 4-6 weeks. The first voucer I've sent was last May 12 for April voucher. No gift card was sent until now. I bought the refrigerator brand new. It looks nice but it doesn't cool. The refrigerator temp doesn't get lower than 40 degrees and the freezer stays around 68!. Called Samsung on 8/16/2009, 24 hrs. after I plugged the unit in for the first time. They created a ticket but now they are dragging their feet in "finding" a service center. Initially they take booking only after 25 day from delivery date and then after 25th day, u book, they take another 7 days to deliver. Seems like lot of illegal distribution in place. This company made several accounting errors on our account and refuses to give us the refund the owner, LeAnn Wilborn promised. If you deal with this company and they make a inventory or accounting mistake it seems to mean, "Too Bad", you will only get an internal credit. I suggest Valley View Tube informs their customers of their intentions when it comes to refunds or credits. Place something on your website, let your customers know. The Dump Furniture store is obviously using the "bait and switch" routine for much of their furniture. They show you the top of the line with the floor model and then they deliver you "seconds".
