We bought a memory foam bed from dreams less than 4 years ago. This bed cost over £1300. We have always used a mattress protector as advised when we purchased this bed. We also took out the 10 year guarantee which appears is not worth the paper it's written on!! Although I have a warranty for my Frigidaire Gallery Commercial Heavy Duty Dryer Model GLGR642AS5 which is good until expiration date 2/14/11, I have had no customer support in getting replacement knobs for said dryer. After a lengthy phone call to Customer Service, I was sent the WRONG knobs. I hired the company to install tile in an bathroom. Thru a series of events I didn't use the bathroom for several years while I shopped for new built ins and fixtures. Once I started using the bathroom it was past their warranty but it was becoming quite obvious that the flooring was not properly adhered to the floor. I hired Kolde Concrete Construction of St. Mary’s Kansas to pour a complete basement for a house. The initial bid was for $31, 500. The finished product was not as bid. The walk-out door was poured 3 feet off its mark; the bearing footing was poured 8 inches off center so a small trench had to be dug next to the footing to allow excess concrete to fill the void when the floor was poured. A-Taylor Roofing located in Arlington Texas hired several new inexperienced sales people after the hail storm hit the Dallas/FtWorth area three months ago. They promised training and commission of 350.00 - 500.00 per roof job. The commission was to be paid when the roof was completed. They did not train anyone. They proved to be very disorganized. Mallory & Sons Roofing Company of Punta Gorda, Florida installed a new $10, 375 barell tile roof on my home. In August, 06 the roof began to leak into the interrior of the home. Mallory Roofing was called back to fix the problem, and they inspected the roof and stated it would take $4080 in repairs to fix the problems. Two of their own staff people commented on how bad it is when the pool was first completed, and now we cannot get them to take care of it. We purchased the LRFD25850ST model fridge and have had NOTHING but problems with it. We also purchased a 4 year extended warranty from Home Depot which has turned out to be worthless. Hi I bought a Godrej Ultra Tri bolt on Aug 23rd, with Free installation guaranteed and also mentioed on the package, After 5 calls to the call center, no technician has even contacted me. Each time, the call center agent has given false reassurance about the technician turning up the same day. The service sucks...no point in buying an expensive security system to keep it lying in the drawer. A salesman came out to my home and persuaded me in a very pushy manner to sign up with his company. The owner came out to my home next and tells me that he cannot do the job for the price that it was contracted for. The owner wanted an additional $1500 to proceed with the installation, and that he was not responsible for the salesman, Jeff Kieffer's mistake. The owner claimed that the salesman is an independent contractor, therefore, he is not liable. Buyers beware of low prices and overly pushy salesmen. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
