My wife and I purchased a home from O’donnell & Sons Inc. After living in the house for 7 months, the closing punch list items are still not complete. The last time one of Casteel's technicians came out he would not get off the phone with his ex wife. I couldn't even ask him questions because he was on the phone the entire time! Then he was in a hurry to leave. His estimate was extremely high and we were able to get the same service else where for $1k cheaper. The previous 2 years that I had this company service my unit, they cleaned the inside of the of my unit - this time I had to ask the guy 3 times to was the unit and he still tried to leave without doing it. FIRE HAZZARD...BEWARE! We have a newer home and have had the Maytag QuietSeries 300 dishwasher for 3 years. The builder installed it so we had no choice but to take it. It is very loud - nothing quiet about it. The grinder sometimes works and sometimes does not - it is always a surprise when I open the door. Just a few days ago it began to stay in the heat cyle. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They did a very poor job for me. Trident delayed my roofing job for over three months and then charged me more than what I was promised. The salesman, sales manager, and company owner were rude and unprofessional. I was harassed and threatened with a lawsuit. I purchased an Instaspa from Internet Pool Store for $1, 249.00. The motor quit working a little before 3 months. I contacted the seller and the manufacturer. No one wanted to do anything until I stopped the credit card payment. Finally after 3 months CSA US Corp (the manufacturer) sent me a replacement motor. CSN Stores runs Racks and Stands.com and it should be called RACKET and Stands! We ordered what we thought was a modular set of cabinets for our stereo only to get one small box containing ONE small cube cabinet for $119! It seems if you click the tiny print and click again and scroll down they explain that the "set" is actually sold in pieces..costing hundreds of dollars. Very long story, this Co. is unprofessional, over priced and does sub-standard work (sloppy). Do not go with this co. at all cost. They way over charge you for supplies and labor, take kick backs big time. The work is extremely unprofessional. If you have a complaint you will be taken to arbitration. Some time during the middle of the night our hot water heater ruptured flooding the kitchen and dinning room. I called the emergency number at 07:30 and the Technician stated someone would be out in the morning. Well it's now 1:21 and they still have not arrived. stonebridge benefits handles the claims for your home reward program. We had joined but cancelled last feb. Now for the past 2 weeks we get 2 calls a day. No one there. caller id shows the number and if you call you get a recording to call an 800 number to hear about benefits. We have reported them to every agency of fraud and the no call list we can find. You need to stop associating with these people. purchased a home warantee for all my appliances plus a/c plumbing etc six months ago. Called for repair of my a/c unit and had repair done by company they sent me. Paid 60 dollars for service call and was told my unit need cleaning . Called warantee company and obtained service for maintance at additional 19 dollars a month. I went to this furniture store looking for a recliner and a mattress. I found a recliner, the sales lady, Rita Bertolino was very pleasant and measured the love seat recliner I had chosen and gave me a card with the price and the measurements. We then found a mattress. Revco Inc., was a home improvement company based in Tampa and Jacksonville. Andy Williamson their key salsesman came into our home and sold us hurricane strength windows and doors. He looked us right in the eyes, he told us he was one of the engineers who actually designed the windows, he told us we would not have to worry about hurricanes any more.
