This company is horrible! I have never had more trouble with someone before. It started in February of 2008. We rented a bed frame from them. Well it took them a week to deliver it, they didn't even put it together, just threw the stuff on the floor and left. The delivered the wrong bed rails so we couldn't even put it together. When I was ordering chairs in February 2009 the salesman (who was only there for a month) suggested this area rug to go with the living room set. We bought a Mattress from Mattress Mall in Sunrise, FL in January of 2009. A week later my husband and I were waking up with extreme back pain. We went back to Mattress Mall and the said that they would return it for a store credit. We went by to look at another mattress for a new frame and the store has been closed. How simple is it to order a sectional and coffee table??? Upon the first delivery we noticed a chip in the wood of our coffee table and was told we can keep it while the replacement was being ordered. The sectional looked fine, so we thought. They keep saying they are going to reinburse me for the waffle maker and that they do not want the waffle maker back. I purchased this for a gift for my elderly grandfather and thought I would be nice and take an extended warrenty on the item so they would take care of it if something happened to it. On 3.16.2009 my fiance and myself went into mor furniture to possibley purchase a sofa, long story short we ended up financing through TRS. We had an electrical oven fire on March 18, 2009 and had Electrolux send an adjuster to our home on April 20, 2009. They decided that we were to be issued a check for the amount of our oven. I ordered a leather 3 seat sofa from Asda Direct on the 25th April 2009. Asda immediately receiving payment for the product and the delivery charge via my credit card. Delivery is stated as 28 days on the website. Following 2 expensive phone calls to the customer service department I am still awaiting a delivery almost 6 weeks later. I have a freestanding electric stove with glass on door. When cleaning the door, water seeped between the double glass on the door. The seal must not be sealed correctly. Their salesmen will lie directly to your face about the length of the contract. They will tell you there is no contract and that you can cancel at any time. When you do try and cancel, there is a contract and it is for 60 Months. If you want out of it, they will let you, but you have to pay 80% of the remaining balance. After purchasing a new Goodman Compressor it broke down within one and a half years. The cost of the new system was $1, 700.00 After the first repair was done the a/C repair company said, it was a leak in the compressor. We received an unlimited lifetime warranty from Weathershield when we purchased their best windows available. Not only do the windows leak every time there is a storm but paint came off the exterior of the windows. The doors are delaminating and leaking. Weathershield came out one time and basically told us that their product was perfect and we must have done something wrong if we were experiencing problems. Buyer beware of Ashley's. I recently bought a leather sofa and loveseat that costs almost $2600 with warranty and delivery. Bought 2 ceiling fans about a year ago. 1 for my master bedroom and 1 for the living room. I paid about $140 a piece for the fans. Once again they are only a year old and 1 light wont turn on anymore. You can pull the string but the light will not turn on. The other 1 in the bedroom will not turn on high speed anymore. I manage an apartment complex. We have been bonded for termites with Arrow for 7 years. We changed management recently, and apparently the renewal bill slipped through the cracks. Three weeks after ordering 17 storm windows they came in the wrong size due to an error the store personel made while ordering. After reordering the windows they came in the wrong size again. The right size was on the window but they did'nt measure the same as the size on the window by as much as 3/4 of an inch. Now after six weeks of waiting and no windows they want to order them again? I bought a MP4 player from Riverstreams website. It arrived faulty and took me 2 weeks for them to give me a return code so that I could send it back. The new one eventually arrived which was also faulty, same story again, they claimed it was a faulty USB cable, which was not so. After a month of e mailing they gave me code to return it to their facility in Nottingham. That was 3 weeks ago and since then I've heard nothing, no replacement and no reply on e mail.
