After less than 2 years, deep depressions on both sides of a pillowtop king size sealy posterpedic mattress. We were never advised this mattress must be turned atleast once a WEEK!!! Customer Service is horrible - we never received any information from the original store (no longer in business) about warranty. I have booked a flat in Nitishree housing, NH-24, Ghaziabad (UP), Due to some reason company was not able to start the construction work. So we have demand to refund the money which they have taken during booking. The amount was 3.50 lacs. After many discussion they have refunded the money after 9 months and deduct 10% amount. Where they have refunded full amount to others. Several months ag0, I ordered impact windows from Elite Screen Co. After 6 months, I still have not received them. I now find out the company does not have any money to buy the windows to be installed. They cannot supply the windows unless I send them money in advance and then they still cannot guarantee delivery. I scheduled the (non) service with this company through Jenn Air. I was promised they would arrive between 8-12. When they were 3 hours late I called the service number and got a horrible run around. I hired MT Hanyman Service/Michael Tussey to install roof trusses on 30' by 32' garage on July 20, 2008 and signed a contract with him on said date. I had sheet vinyl flooring installed in a kitchen/dining area/hallway and bathroom. Because it was several rooms and to avoid more than one seam, the flooring (materials and labor) was $3000. Maytag has come out several times to replace an auto damper 6-8 times in my New refrigerator bought in 2006 and now refuse to fix it any further. They say noise is not a reason to fix it as the unit as still works, yet they fixed it in the past. Maytag extended warranty is not worth the money or the paper it is printed on. Even trying to work with the store, Maytag and contacting the BBB is still have to listen to this loud and noisy refrigerator. I have had this dishwasher for slightly over a year. The latch started popping open intermittently a few months ago. I was told by the authorized warranty repair company that there is a re-designed strike and door latch available. Obviously the design of the original latch has been recognized by Whirlpool as being inadequate. Made a complaint about my refrigerator, because it was not operating properly it was cutting off fo rlong periods of time and my food would get room temp. Landlord delivered what I thought was going to be a new refigerator, but was garbage. The refrigerator that was delivered was nasty and dirty, it had bugs in it and smelled of mold. I purchased a Duel Fuel Range (plus a refrigerator) less than a year ago. Raison Engineers & Builders is bulling a society in indirapuram 'Raison Armor Homes'. The builder has asked the flat allottees to pay Rs 75 per sq. ft of super area for External Electrification Charges at the time of possession. This rate is very high. Ashiana builder (just opposite to this society) is charging Rs 25 per sq. ft in their project opposite Rasion Armor Homes in Indirapuram. Another builder Rishabh is also charging Rs 25 per sq. ft. for EEC (again close to this society).
