I purchased a LG refrigerator from Bismi Supermarket, Kaloor, Ernakulam, Kerala (Bill No. 244GM dated 23-05-2005)After one year there was developing rust near the handle of the door. I had bought a Super 240 pellet stove. Had nothing but problems with it. First of all, no one answers the phone when you call customer support. You have to leave a message and wait for someone to call you back. When you do get someone they are very rude and short with thier answers. Anyway, after a number of calls I finally had it, not one suggestion they gave me worked. The stove still has multiple problems. We purchased a King size King Coil mattress from Art Van furniture in Michigan. Our salesperson told us Art Van owned the King Coil factory and if anything were to happen to the mattress it could be replaced. Soon after we started sleeping on the mattress, it started "caving" in. We called and Art Van sent out a guy with a measuring stick to assess the dent. Carlton Pools in PA built our pool 3.5 uyears ago. The tiles on the Hot tub are falling off. Of course the warranity was for three years, and our pool has been running for 3.5 years. What a scam. I bought a samsung french door refrigerator 6 months ago and the deli door just came off. It has a cheap plastic nob that is pencil size and 1/4 of an inch. It came right off now the lid to the deli door won't stay on. I bought the extended warrenty and the appliance is only 6 months old and now I have to buy a new door because samsung will not stand by their products. The door is so cheap, we didn't even touch it, to open the tray you grap the tray not the door so I have no idea why it broke and now I have to pay. On April 16th, parts were ordered by the repairman to repair a seal around our GE refrigerator. By May 28th, we still had not heard from the Service Department when our repair would be completed. This only compounds the problem with Bray and Scarff. When they delivered the refrigerator, it was the wrong model. When I contacted the salesman at the Hunt Valley store, he offered $50 off the incorrect refrigerator, and then promptly told me that I am costing him money. One year ago, they were paid $3500 to put a flat roof on my garage. The roof did not leak before they did any work. They came back several times and could never stop the leaks. I had to pay another roofer $1000 to patch their mistakes and I will still need to re-roof the entire roof again. I was given a quote on building material (a lift of framing boards) and promised a delivery date, then the price was changed by .58 a board and the promised delivery would be delayed by two weeks which would cause all other trades to be delayed as well resulting in a great deal of expense.
