Doors not installed correctly. Both doors slam when closed. Holes in screen of both doors. We called Oasis Aluminum, Inc. located in Orlando, Fl numerous times during warranty with their failure to comply. Now we are passed the year warranty and was told the company is not responsible for holes in screen. In our location we always face problem of delay in delivery of cylinders, not only me but all people staying here are fade up with delay in cylinder delivery. After getting one cylinder dealer doesn't take our bookings for next 10 days. After next 10 days when we book our gas it normally takes 15 days or more to receive a gas. I don't think in metropolitan city like Mumbai where there is very good infrastructure and transport facilities such problem should arise. They repaired my chimney, their repairs did not work as advertised to me and now my fireplace is not usable as it was before they did the work and I have been told that it may not be safe to use. I am very much vexed up with HP Gas and really feel uncomfortable with gas. There is always shortage for gas cylinders. And the booking system is so worst and badly handled. The line is busy always and we can't book a gas for 2 days till we get the line. And after you book, the delivery will take at least 15-20 days. I have booked gas for 10 days and no response as yet. I have 2 cylinders and both are empty with stupid rules of HP gas services. This service providers are a big failure. Bill Newmann, and Classic House Furniture are horrible to do business with. It's an online store, but based in New Jersey. He is very dishonest and will not follow through on promises. I have been living at my current residence for 2 yrs. In that time I have had trouble with my whirlpool hot water heater, which is still under warranty, three times. I purchased 2 Bionaire humidifiers (BCM5520RC). They humidify beautifully as long as the filters work. However, the filters last 3 weeks at best using the instructions in the manual and not a moment longer. I wrote to Bionaire, to Holmes (who manufactures both the filter and the humidifier, and to Lowe's (where I purchased the product) advising them that the cost of the filter's are prohibitive to the running of the equipment. This man was to send me 3 "processed cords" of wood and the price was $465.00. When the driver arrived, he was having trouble getting it out of the dump truck, (was frozen or something), and I had to leave to drive my son to work. I purchased a $900.00 set of gas (propane) logs from Ener-G-Tech in mid- November. I needed the logs and a propane tank installed. I asked the salesperson (you must be waited on by a salesperson, this business is not self-service)if they install. He informed me they had a list of plumbers they recommend. In April and June 2006, I paid this company a total of about $4000 as a 50% of price of a BBQ. Since November 2006, I try to contact them asking for the delivery of the BBQ, First they told me that they will not deliver before January 2007. Now they don't answer any phone call. The brother of the owner, P. Bovard, told me that his brother has filed for bankruptcy, but the records of the bankruptcy at the San Bernandino Bankruptcy Court does not confirm it as of January 12, 2007. We have a double Americast porcelain sink which was installed in our remodeled kitchen approximately 7 yrs ago. Over the past 10 months, the top ridge of the sink has been cracking a rusting and the back lip where nothing touches it has chipped off porcelain and is cracking and rusting.
