Ordered bar stools on 2/1/11. Charge was applied against my credit card. Got an email saying they were backordered. Finally received my stools today and they are not the color I ordered. We bought the top of the line commercial flooring made by WilsonArt for a high end dermatology office/spa. We were told that this is the most resistant material and that it would withstand all sorts of damage and not get scratched or dented. Supposedly, this flooring is much better than real harwood floor and should last much longer. The office is very well-kept and we are meticulous with cleanliness. We purchased a Brinks security light on Dec 4th, 2010. We did not keep the box which I do regret now. The light went out on March 20, 2011. It had the new bulb in it that is suppose to last for years and so energy efficient. Now I can't find out how to contact the company for warranty on the light. It has a one year and only lasted 3 months. We have purchased Brinks lighting for the last 4 yrs. Every time they last less time. This last one took the cake though. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! They do not come in the morning, heck they don't come at all. Then they charge you for multiple visits when it was one visit 5 days after a snowfall. I had to shovel my own driveway then they charge me $60. They say they will refund my money, then when I call them to check on it they say that they need a certified letter. They keep leaving messages on my house phone, but I'm not at home during the day when I call, so I tell them to call my work phone. On 02/09/2011 I paid 4.109 a gallon. On 03/30/2011 I paid 3.89 a gallon 04/20/2011 my niece was given a price of 2.15 a gallon and she only fills her tank once a year. Same size tank. read full review »

I placed order on 3/6/2011 and received order confirmation indicating that I would receive further shippment and tracking information. After no further communication, I sent an inquiry e-mail on 3/18/2011 and received a response with shippment and tracking info. The company Building EMTs Residential aka Roofing EMTs has taken me for 4411.69 0n 07/19/2010. I have called them numerous times and they will not return my calls. I have received a letter from the United States Bankruptcy Court in Atlanta Ga. informing me that Building EMTs Residential LLC.has filed for Chapter 7 Bankruptcy to be held on February 25th 2011. I ordered a Samsung refrigerator on May19. The 5-10 day delivery promise was moved out to June 6 to June 13 (which is 17-24 days). After reading the delay scam used by this company, I emailed them and said: I am seeing a lot of complaints about delays being made on shipments from HE. And about the condition of products. I called Run Local Locksmith for unbolting the main door of the house. My husband had taken it with him by mistake on his week long trip. The other set was at his office whose key in turn was inside the house. I was quite amazed to find the locksmith ask me to prove that this is my house before he begins to open the locks. Pool is less than 1 year old, discovered a fault in pool outer casing. Filled out warrenty and enclosed photos. They confirmed that they received my packet on March 15th 2011, today is May 2nd 2011. After purchasing a chair and console from Structube, I went back a week later to pick up the items. When they brought the two items out, instead of the console I ordered, there was a desk. Somehow, someway, it was my fault!!! I have been trying since Sept 29, 2010 to have my Samsung refrigerator ice maker repaired. It took 2 months to get a repair company out and after replacing numerous parts, it still is not working properly and the repair company can do no more.
