Our two Contour Adjustable Beds were delivered, on 3/12/2011, set up and demonstrated. A short time later I raised the bed to put the bottom sheet on. Approximately May 2009, I had damage to my roof from a storm. I contracted Storm Damage Specialists to repair my roof. I gave them approximately 2, 300 dollars to begin work. To this date, March 2011, they have done nothing. I asked for my money back and Jim Kennedy said he didn't have the money and would have to make payments. My husband purchased an item and was double billed for it. He simply tried to have the unauthorized charge remove. The Manager (the Pakistan man) was so nasty we had to contact the corporate office. My husband is restricted to a wheel chair and we decided to spend the remaining of our savings to repair our roof that was leaking.
