Caller tunes on the above phone not working for the last two months. complained first on 29th jan.2011, then on 12th feb, then on 23rd feb and then on 10th march and then on 12th march. This incompetent JELD-WEN Dealer ordered windows, doors and sliding doors (88 products total) all wrong. Hernando County FAILED all products when inspected on 7/24/2009. I paid Rockwell Snowplowing $170.00 for the 2010-2011 Season Contract. Contract States: Contract valid from the first snowfall until May of 2011. Plowing occurs after 2 inches of fresh snowfall. My husband purchased an item and was double billed for it. He simply tried to have the unauthorized charge remove. The Manager (the Pakistan man) was so nasty we had to contact the corporate office.
