We bought a Camelot Motion Reclining sofa and loveseat, both with recliners on each end. The cables on ALL of the recliners have broken, and seam impossible to repair. We custom ordered it from International Home Furnishings and saw the set in a store before purchasing. When the furniture was delivered to our home it was all dented and dinged up. No complaints about the food but don't use the restrooms before eating it. They are not clean, are too small, are not handicap accessible and have no paper towels. I purchased a Kenmore Elite Calypso Washer from Sears in 2002. Within one year it had the mother Board replaced for more than $1000 but luckily it was under warranty. I have never been happy with the performance of this washer. Clothes are dripping with water and full of lint. It has broken down couple of times and I have had it fixed . It is broken again and I just found out that there was a Class Action Law Suit for this model settled in 2009 and I was not even aware of it because Sears did not deem it necessary to inform me. ELK is very good at marketing and responds very quickly and efficiently to new potential clients, but when it comes to delivery, they are shocking! We purchased 3 area rugs/carpets for our bedroom. They were the most expensive and the "best of Mohawk" according to the Lowe's carpet employee. After about 3 months the carpet fibers just started turning loose and coming out. Our dishwasher panel shorted out 3 times between Oct 2010 and Aug 2011 and was unsuccessfully repaired by their contractor each time but the last. I had paid $110 for two previous unsuccessful co-pay attempts to fix the dishwasher and then the final $55 for the last fix. First American says the repairs were separate and distinctly different. My wide and I purchased this item, the mocha commercial 46000 btu patio propane heater in Dec 2010. The delivery date was to be around Dec, 27th 2010, about a week and a half or so from when we bought it. I purchased two bathroom vanities. Returned one due to large visible seems/gaps that were not filled and sanded and painted incorrectly. Replacement Vanity had similar problems. This company (Brad) came out to look at my broken hot water heat (3 years old, purchased and installed by AMY).
