This is the first time I had to wait a long time for a pelvic sonogram. The lady who attended me told me to drink two bottles of water. As soon as I was prepared for the exam (other words, my bladder was full), she was going to let me in. I followed her instructions. I drank two bottle of water, I was full, and I told her. I used to love shopping at this store because they had cute clothes at reasonable prices but I will never shop there again after a recent experience I had there. The company runs huge ads in local newspapers and also some TV spots. Had a consultation with a Results Couselor and thought the program was accurately explained to me. I was given a food journal and a bag with various diet snacks and vitamins to take. Today, I tried to place an order on the Payless website. I received a form message telling me my credit card information was not valid---strange, since I used it just prior on two other websites. I complained and received email from Katelin at Payless saying "At this time, Payless.com is only able to accept orders using a valid U.S. credit card with a U.S. billing address". This happened a few months back. I tried to return a pair of girl's pants. Pilar from customer service asked me if I altered the pants which I just bought the day before. I said no. It's a freaking $10 pant on a $300+ receipt. I'm returning it because I changed my mind. When I told her no I did not alter it in any way, she responded, "Well, it looks like it had been altered." My wife and I went to mcdonalds this morning to purchase a strawberry and banana smoothie. The clerk behind the counter handed us a yellowish drink with a red tint to it.
