I have a complaint with regards to the above Drs Sueing us for monies that was paid to them by our Medical Aid, According to our medical aid the Drs first submission was returned requesting them to re-send as there was Descepencies in the account. Principal Life insurance recently changed their Claims mailing address for dental insurance with out notifying anyone or providing new identification cards. I had to hear it from my employees that their claims kept getting sent back to the dentist saying wrong address. Very unhappy customer here. My wife purchased 3 pair of compression socks this past week. One pair was 15/20, the other two were 20/30s.
