I am so glad to ave found this site, and although I am sorry for anyone who has suffered due to injury on the Ab Circle Pro, I am gratefull to have made this connection. I too injuried both my knees after the knee pad slipped out of the knee cup in the mid revolution. I was swung off the machine directly landind opn both knees on a hardwood floor. I visited the office of Dr. Larry Rigo to have contact lenses fitted, as I am nearsighted. After the exam, he told me that I was so slightly nearsighted that there was not even a prescription that was made for me. He said there was no reason I could not just live without contacts to see. I just couldn't believe I was totally dismissed. I then made an appointment with another eye doctor for a second opinion. Why is it that Curves International does not stand by their franchises? I mean, after all, aren't they getting a cut from each franchise? We just lost our franchise and they basically won't do anything about it...that's over 330 members without a home. This company is the worst! I spent a lot of money on the Luminess Air foundation package. I did not open it for awhile as I was saving it to use for a special occasion. When I did open it, the stylus was missing. I called and spoke with them but they would not send me one or give me a discount on a replacement part since it was past the initial 30 days. I have been waiting for a refund on a ring I returned that looked different than on television. the ring looked cheap and at the time I ordered it, it was immediately taken out of my checking account for payment. Like others, I have also been a victim of Sahalie's unauthorized use of credit card information and registration for a rewards program. I just called Sahalie and they gave me the run-around about the issue and kept telling me to call the vendor, Encore Marketing. This is a despicable practice and Sahalie should be ashamed.
