I have had my doctor's office fax in a prescription for celebrex twice last week, June 1st and 2nd. It has been a week and still my prescription for celebrex has not been received, according to the Aetna RX Home Delivery. Originally I was turned down for the prescribed dose that my docter recommends and now that I finally have the okay for a half dose, I cannot get them to fill it. Drive thru orders are worng most of the time. I went by today and I ordered one of my favorite side orders, "Jalapeño Bombers". To my surprise, I got two of the bombers burnt, what a disatisfaction! We had a van wrapped by supposably the most experience company. Little did we know that the "New" Company is an old company with the same bad reputation. Billy Mcguire had a history of bad business in the Brevard area. There was a number of issues with the vehicle wrap from actual graphics to the application. When asked about the quality and being able to replace it. We were told that we could get it fixed in 3-4 months. Shortly after we had the conversation about it. We were told to "kiss his ass". I travelled to mexico for a bariatric surgery to be done by Dr. Verboonen. After he took my payment he told me that he could not do the surgery and would not refund any of my money. He also works with a patient facillitator named Sheri Burke from International Patient Facillitators who forged my name on consent forms and posted a picture of me in a hospital gown on her web site. I am a patient of Dr. Moores'. I have had exceptional service from him and his staff. He works with each patient individually and truly cares about his patients. He will spend as much time as needed answering any questions that need addressing. I have had a couple of surgeries done by him. I ordered from Nature's Prime on 3/26/11. On 5/18/11 after calling them 2x and being gauranteed shipment on either 5/9 or 5/16 I cancelled the order with them and Groupon. I had emailed 2 times with no response. No one was picking up email according to the notice that I got. My son was treated at Robert Wood Johnson Hospital and although he submited his insurance information when he registered to see the doctor, someone submited the bill to Aetna insted of United Healthcare. Since the bills were not payed a derogatory report was placed on my credit report and was turned over to Financial Recovery.
