I signed up for a FREE trial with this company. I read all the fine print, and the ad even went so far as to say that they were really free even though some ads are scams. They were suppose to send me my free product, I was only suppose to pay for the shipping and handling. They deducted from my account 86.37. I am unemployed and this I cannot afford. This company is very disreputable! I tried to place an order over the phone and was cutoff before the transaction was complete. I called back and was told I had to start all over again which I reluctantly did. The person operating in this salon is unlicensed, which means he has no inspection by the state to check cleanliness or other rules set down by state requirements. I paid $100 ($.75 per cookie) for golf themed cookies for my son's wedding and they were awful. I did not open the package before the wedding b/c I wanted them to remain fresh. I did not taste them until after the wedding reception and they were the worst I have ever eaten. They were cute, but hard as a rock and just as tasteless. I even tried dipping them in coffee and also in milk to see if that would help and it didn't. I emailed the company with my complaint and never received a response.
