I bought a pair of shoes at Truworths Bayside Mall with my credit card. Next day I went shopping, wore them for about an hour, went back home when I noticed that the right shoe made terrible cracks on the upper. I saw my Dr. for a routine well check. We discussed my health and she thought it wise to do a colonscopy. I agreed since my policy said that it was covered and the deductible waived. Just to be safe I called Allegiance and verified that it was a covered procedure, and I told the agent that it stated in my policy that deductible was waived.
