Same boat, not only did they charge $79.28 for the free trial (which actually was not free) then another $80 x 2 for the first month which was charged 14 days later. Ordered ugg boots on November 11th 2008, they failed to arrive for Christmas. Emailed them, got prompt rely saying there had been a delay but they had been sent. They didn't arrive for Christmas so a teenage girl went without her main present. They said they might have been lost so would send another pairin Jan. I have had a horrible experience with mymedicalloan.com. They have representatives there who are beyond incompetent and their follow through is quite poor. I was approved for a loan for a surgical procedure only to be told 1 week before the surgery BECAUSE I called them that the bank that my funding was through, and other people, notified them that they were bankrupt. I then called with the intent of getting the sample and trying it to see how effective it was.
