What they fail to mention is that unless you call them within the 14 days they will charge your credit card for nearly $80.00 for what amounts to a couple dollars worth of product. I went to buy a casual short shirt. A simple looking shirt had a price tag of Rs. 1200/- A similar shirt in Westside costs Rs. 400/-. Like the other complaint here I got the run around, lied to and my watch held for ranson. I bougth a watch that lasted all of 9 days, I took it back tot eh store and they had to mail it to the Watch Service Center in Utah who would then send it to the manufacturer under warrenty. I went to pick up my clothing and was charged $185.06 instead of $15.06 by his Hispanic employee whom we had a language barrier with. I told him that he need to credit my card back but got very upset and nasty with me. I was threatened and cursed at by the Asian Manager. He refused to give me my clothes.
