This is the first time I have ever done this!! I am upset at the blatant fraud Liquiboost is doing to people. I called to cancel the product on Sept 4, 2009 at approx 4pm Eastern time and I got the name of the customer representative since they had no cancellation confirmation number. In the terms it gives misleading information that it really is not a free trial product but a scam so that they can charge you the full price plus continue to send you more and again charge it to your credit card. I ordered a cake 3 weeks in advance for my son's 10th birthday. I attached a picture of exactly what I wanted so there would be no confusion. I have elderly care homes. We have shopped at aldis for about since opened in Wausau for our homes. On Sunday, September 6, one of my residents was pouring herself a bowl of cereal when something fell out of the box. I'm not sure what it was but it was disquesting . It looks like bm.
