Way back in December '08, I made the STUPID mistake of ordering a free trial sample of Acai Pure from one of their deceptive websites. As you all know (now), it's one BIG, endless scam! Just like everyone else I was looking for a job and was lured in by their promotion. I sent the $130.00 via my credit card and got the same outdated information. I have been calling every since. I initially was told that my testing date would be sent via e-mail which never came. I then called and demanded my money back and was told that it would be refunded, no questions. On the month of may i lost my job and i found this ad on the internet about making money from home just posting ads and i ordered the kit of information. Ordered trial products but cancelled online and over the phone after 2 weeks. For over 5 months I have called and emailed to cancel these two products but to no avail, I even have the confirmation numbers to prove that I cancelled but the customer service reps always say the same thing "I'm sorry m'am, there is no record of your cancelling the product". I had a call a few days ago and the caller had an almost undistinguishable voice aounding as tho' the call was from an Asia. I did hear her say they were going to send me a free...at this point I cut her off and said, do not send me anything, I do not want it. Hired as Administrative Assistant @ 9.50 Hr. - I was the only one with hourly wage. All other employees were paid based on sale scam for the elderly on hearing devices. When refunds were to be given back by the elderly they refused until threatened by an attorney to pay elderly back. I received an unsolicited Rx from RightSource today July 13, 2009. In May, RightSource sent me an email informing me that I could have existing prescriptions transferred to them going forward. I proceeded to have Rx from Kroger pharmacy transferred to RightSource. That same prescription had just been filled by Kroger with a 90 day supply in May. While in the store shopping on July 12, 2009, there was a large black and white sign on the Coca Cola 12 packs advertising them for 3 for $10. I guessed it was an in-store promo. This company went into my accounts and withdrew $80.50, $88.97 & $9.99 for products I never got or ordered. After complaining to the proper authorities I finally got a refund. This refund was for $78.93 instead of the $80.50 that was taken out of the account. I'd like to know why they think that for any reason they shouldn't have to return what they took. Received a cubic zirconia ring and earrings in the mail along with a letter stating that I have no obligation to buy anything now or in the future, but a new selection will be sent in about 5 to 7 weeks and I will be billed $39.99 plus S & H and taxes for each new piece I decide to keep and if not totally happy with anything, I could return it for a replacement or credit.
