I ordered a knee support. It was supposed to take 3-6 business days. When it came, 16 days later, it was the wrong size. I sent it back at my expense, ordered another. Again the wrong size. I called. They sent a 3rd, again wrong size. It has taken 2 months to credit the first one. Now they claim I was never charged for any others. But I have a credit card statement showing I paid for the 2nd one. I have been a long term customer of MacDonalds and wondering why it costs me extra to get mac sauce on my burger but if I get just ketchup it costs me nothing!?! Some places charge 25 cents for a shot of mac sauce and then I was told they can't put it on a single burger anymore, but they have the time to put it in a cup for me. Sanddwich is sloopy and the topping fall all over you and get allover your hand while trying to eat it. You should put a piece of deli paper around the sandwich to keep the extra krap in side.
