On May 31st I went into Blockbuster Video in San Antonio, Texas on Medical and Fredericksburg Road. I have been going there for years. They have a bubble gum machine with their name on it. The website claimed that I would receive a free 7 day trial. It said in order to not be charged cancel before the 7 days are up. It also said that if I were charged after that time I would just need to call customer service & get a refund for any unused portion of the charge (with is a quarterly charge so 3 months worsth). JUST an FYI - Got scammed like the rest of the folks on here...Called my bank to appeal the charge ($83.17) and the bank refunded me when I gave them the number to SWM labs. Either appeal to the bank or credit/debit card company and get your refund. ALSO, cancel your debit card and get a new one (I know this is a hassle, but much better than this faulty company continuing to pull money out of your account or charge you). I only autherized the trial and they billed be $139.97 2 days before I recieved the product trial. They are to this day basically refusing to close my account. They have extremly long hold times 45 mins +. I always seem to talk to the same person named Robert. Not only have I made calls I also emailed them to close my account several times. i would like to report that i bought an expensive sledgers shoe locally. after only a month of use the sole got seperated and i took the shoe to the shop which referred me to the country brand manager of sledgers who did not listen to the complaint. instead of replacing the shoe they forced an extremely poor quality repair on me. i did not find any option on the website of sledgers that i can contact them directly. read full review »

While we(party of 7) were in Hawaii on vacation we decided to go eat dinner at HR. The hostess asked us to follow her and seated us on 2 boths w/c was weird to begin with. Finally got refund - here's how. took forever, but finally got almost a full refund. First - don't even try their product - they are scam. I bought two pairs of Braziliano Praia flipflops from www.igapost.com and they are absolutely cheap quality and make my toes and sole of my foot blister. I have never had issues with flipflops in my life and decided to try these but BEWARE Braziliano Praia flip flops are horrible. The material is cheap rubber and the straps cut into your foot and make your foot blister. After looking them up online I have found many stories about these flipflops being cheaply made and wish I would have seen them first. I ordered by phone three large pizzas and the new desert called Tripple dippers, that looked so good on TV but when I went to pick up the pizzas, had to wait a long time before anyone acknowledge that I am there.
