The manger/ our waiter charged a 18% gratity to our table. Being a server myself I understand the need of adding a gratuity to a large party. Usually when you feel you are deserving of a great tip and there are atleast 6 to 8 adults. Our party consisted of 5 adults and 2 children. One of which was an infant and the other a ten yr old. I have no problem paying a gratuity when it is well deserved. Our waiter ran by the table a couple of times and then gave us a check with his tip already on it. I was shocked. I asked if that was there policy and he sais yes we do that to all tables of 6 or more. I will not be going back to dine at mellow mushroom. read full review »

I requested a "sample" as indicated on the website but declined the subscription. However, within two weeks, I have a charge of over $80.00 to my card for a subscription. The phone number at the FWM Laboratories web-site is no longer is Service. I talked to Cristinn, Arvi and "Sam" at the 1-866-949-0138 phone number and I was told that to get a refund it will take 3-5 business day.

I ordered the "free trial sample" paid the shipping and handling charges. Product arrived with no instructions. My credit card bill arrived several weeks later and I was charged $3.95 for shipping and $87.13 for product. $288 worth of suits, dresses, slacks, blazers and blouses. Not one was pressed correctly. In fact, hems were popped and/or completely ripped open. Skirts were pressed folded, resulting in pointed sides. Pleats were not pressed at all; reason being pleats are difficult. The creases in the slacks were off centered and more than obvious. Dr. Mosharrafa is a rushed assembly line type surgeon. He attemted to repair a dimple in my implant TWICE! The second time we suspect he nicked the implant causing it to leak. He then replaced it with a cheap implant. He said he would go in again, third time, but who could trust him now. Asked for partial refund to go elsewhere and he has refused. This company is exactly what the title says. We purchased work from this company and they never followed through with there job. We had a discrepency with the how they performed. When trying to settle the issue they deided to manipulate us and get our money and leave us with nothing. Basically left us High and Dry.
They had us sign a work order for $800.00 and ending up billing us for $2, 200 after we had told them we were on a budget and didn't want to spend that much money.

I was kicked out of this clinic for complaining !!! They sucked and so, ... I told them they did ; and the on my next visit they gave me a letter stating that they felt threatened and all that blabbity blabbing B>S> that they use to make it seem like such a b.f.d. !

Sansum Clinic sent me a statement recently with an unidentified "balance" of $321.00. When I called to inquire what this was for, I was told that they had "Audited" customer accounts and that these charges were made of some "unbilled items from the year 2006" !! I asked specifically what the charges were for and got no response. When I called another representative she said there was a mistake, and that I had always paid my bills and that she would fix it. Do not be fooled by Thermothin or Pro cleanse - they are a scam - the bottle is not free and you have to go through a huge process to return it IN TIME while they muck you around with details and then they deny money taken from your account - but if you check the details on your credit card it will say Pure Cleanse Pro and Thermothin will deny its them - but check out the addresses for both companies it is the same!!! I took up this free trial for tea from the US and it ended up costing me $100 Australian per box of 60 tea bags. As I found out later I can buy the equivalent for $4 on ebay. I'm out of pocket $400. I cancelled but they keep charging. Its referred to my credit provider now. Item comes up as CW-MEMBERSHIP XXXXXXXX CYP Merchandise .
Total 3 charges per month totaling about $20. Getting in touch with them they deny they are still charging.

I went to a San Francisco gastroenterologist named Dr. Elsen for a colonoscopy. During the procedure he squeezed and rubbed my genitals, which is not part of the procedure. His office told me my insurance covered the entire cost, yet I was sent a bill for more than $150, which I refused to pay. He sent the bill out for collection. I wrote the agency to complain about his inappropriate behavior and the fact that I didn't owe anything, but I ended up with a bad mark on my credit report.

Wow! This is the absolute worst experience with a company that I have ever had. The customer service rep that I spoke to the first time I called was verbally abusive and threatening. The second time I called, a different representative responded and was not much better. She was hostile, derrogatory, short, abusive and another tremendously unpleasant experience. Called and cancelled immediately but visa account was still charged. When I called them they acknowledged cancellation but said product must be returned before I would not be charged for the months supply. Very deceptive advertising. Frustrating and expensive. My 12 year old Daughter took my CC and order this product without my consent, When I discovered the charges I called the sales represinative and was told to NOT open the package, but to simply write RTS (Return to Sender) and I was assured i would get a full refund... $104.95 This is not happened and it has been over a month. I have called and they say they have not gotten the product back... This is a Total rip off company and If I lived near them would Pickit or post signs of their cons service being toutted on the internet. They should all be locked up in Jail as far as I am concerned.
