I heard about Resveratrol from Dr Oz on Opray and wanted to try the product. I went to the Dr Oz advertizment and the company SWM Labs orderd the product on April 16th to day is May 1st I have not received the product. Called them several times and always got the same runa around it has been shipped. Will it doesnt take for April 16 to May 1 to get a package from Florida to Texas even by pony express. There was a complaint against Lynn the Director of Nursing in Care One posted on this site that is wrong. Lynn Is a professional who does not hide in her office. He followed me around the store rubbing up against my back at one point, then i caught him trying to take a picture up my skirt with a camera phone. Paid $270 Feb 28 for services rendered. Since that time, I have received 2 Billing Statements claiming I owe $235 for services, after Insurance proceeeds. Statement does not show my $270 payment. Is a company that sells a product called Hyperexol which is taken to reduce high blood pressure without prescription drugs. I have a PPO plan, yet for yet they have refused full payment a a secondary insurer. I was of the impression 1) that as a PPO member you have the right to go to anyone.But that everyone may not accept it and you need not permission first 2) that for mental health it was a requirement that any insurer whether a PPO or HMO has to accept the full insurance charge, and if not they should inform the client that this is not allowed.
