Another company to beware of is www.NutritionResearchCenter.org They seem to be resellers of NutriPlex products. I called AA Urology and asked if they accepted my new insurance because my previous doctor didn't. They said yes so I made an appointment. I ordered the Acadi Berry for a 30 day trial paying only shipping. I did not like the product because it did not work and it made me sick. I tried to return the product by phone and email however, they will not answer. I received a bill for 79.90 for the first shipment. Dr. Alejandro Mora performed the teeoth whitening procedure known as Zoom on my teeth. The prepearation for this treatment is totally inadequate and the inner portion of my upper and lower lips were burned by the light from the process. It took 17 days for the blisters to heal. When I complained Dr. Mora told me that I had a reaction to the protective coating they applied. Not true. The protective coating was not applied to these areas and the treatment was not properly done. Beware! (The emergency room is beyond bad. It really needs to be shut down, after waiting for several hours with my very sick daughter we decided to leave and go to another hospital. Recently I received a bill for $800.00 plus dollars when I tried to dispute the bill, Barbara in the billing department felt it would be better to engage in a verbal sparing match. Although we were not seen she said we were triaged (which we were not). The customer service is terrible I wouldn't go back if I were on my death bed. This company does not give any confirmation when you are ordering a product. You can sign up for a "Free Trial" where you pay "Only shipping and handling". I entered my card information and clicked to the next screen thinking that there would be a confirmation page to print. This did not happen. I have to live here due to personal issues. And prepare for a major shock. A friend worked in the kitchen and told me about food safety/handling/preparing/serving procedures. I contacted them today at 1-800-360-1477 and talked to a Mark James who asked if I had read the fine print that stated I had twenty days to cancel the subscription. I canceled my subscription today on 3/11/2009 which is 21 days from the date of the order. I said that I was going to dispute the charge with my bank and he said that if I did that it might hold up the return of my money. They are very deceptive in their marketing. Well I was a customer for 3 years. All I have to say is that after you get your new hair and wear it for one month, the hair starts getting very dry and brittle and starts falling out of the hair system. I called and complained many many times. Kelly the manager in New Haven also made me feel like it was my fault. She would always say that I was not using enough of their products. When I called the number I was given the run around and transferred. they told me that it was for a program that went with the supplement that gave access to a help/exercise website.
