They told me I had a 7 day trial period and that the materials or kit would arrive in 7 to 10 business days. As it turns out they charged my credit card before I got the kit to even try it out to see if it works. They give you a web site address as if already know what's going on. I have continously phoned Surehealth @ 1-800-337-1421 and have tried to review Surehealth website but to no prevail. Upon phoning the 1-800 number it doesn't state Surehealth but another insurance company. Surehealth have continued to withdraw monthly payments but has not paid for any medical. Surehealth did notify me via mail and phone call of the transferring to another company but now I have to pay for medical service rendered. It can be a routine physical and I get a bill that no deductible was paid. Surehealth did not mail a letter stating the change. I ordered a medium pizza with cheese, black olives, and mushrooms, and 2 chicken parm sandwiches for superbowl. When they arrived I paid $29.00 plus a tip for the driver. They are sending my account to collection. I have requested itemized billing listing services rendered, out of pocket payments, insurance payments and credits (yes, credits!). After waiting in the crowded Omni Clinic reception area for almost 3 hours, I was received by a Physician's Assistant. I had an open wound on my foot which I believed to be infected, the symptoms being extreme pain when I put pressure on my foot, and swelling in the area of the wound. I ordered this product from T-V advertisment and paid s&h for first test jar, which I received. I applied for insurance last year through Celtic. I did not get any bills from them requesting payment for my coverage. Now they canceled my insurance for this. I called them and they said they had billed me. Not true. All of my doctors bills started to show up in my mail box when I thought they had helped me out with covering my bills.
