I signed up for a free trial of there sleep aid product. When I received the product I was sent a bill along with a bill for 34.95 for the trial I signed up for and when I called to get it taken off. I was told it is 15 days from the day of the trial that you can not remove the charge even though I haven't gotten any product other than the trial. This company has fraudulently charged me twice for $79.95 for a product I never ordered-diet pills. I was switched to a Cobra plan through UnitedHealthcare in July 2008. My employor sends my payments in each month. But my policy has been canceled twice so far. We have faxed UnitedHealthcare copy of the canceled checks showing they have gotten paid but they still have not fixed my insurance. The 1-800 number is a joke, they just keep switching from one person to another and nobody knows what is going on. I have MS and I need my Insurance.
