Prescription Solutions took advantage of the government policy of not allowed to return any prescription by charging any amount they would like. The consume has no choice but pay the bill. I have disputed the extra charge on the prescription, got a verbal agreement to readjust the charge and later got denied that there is no such agreement. I paid over $1000 for fitness training. Tom Jaramillo, owner and trainer, did not fulfill my expectations. He canceled appointments continuously at the last minute. I had one training session left; however, after multiple visits, phone calls, and e-mails to Tom - I still have not received this training or a refund. Last Friday I went to a clinic where the physician told me I had a form of contact dermatitis requiring steroids. He wrote a prescription and referred me to an eye doctor to rule out glaucoma. The eye doctor diagnosed my condition as contact dermatitis, did a glaucoma test and prescribed another prescription for steroids and charged me $437.00. I believe this charge is excessive especially since the cost was not disclosed earlier and the doctor at the clinic had already diagnosed my condition and prescribed. I have recently rec'd a bill for $24oo+ for an account paid off in 2004 (at a bit over $800). Has anyone else had such a serious issue with this company? The lawyer for the collection agency was very nice, told me that the buyer of the contract, Midland Credit Management Co., and was a debt brokerage. I know that Spiegel has been having financial problems... This appears to be a company selling paid accounts as collectible to gain income. Any info would be greatly appreciated. This number shows up with a 028 area code and often times only shows up 4 numbers as if an extension. They claim to be health benefits, insurance for those who don't get insurance with their jobs. I went in for a color and highlight. I discussed whether to go lighter or not with the stylist and she persuaded me to go lighter. However, she just put on the dye and went about chatting and doing other things, forgetting about me. She came back once to check on it, and said it wasn't done yet. I would like to file a complaint on the Fuquay-Varina Peak Fitness and the whole corporation. I was conned into a contract by the staff at this gym. I was told that i was paying for one year and getting a second year free and come to find out this was false. I purchased a small inexpensive item (heel cups) from footsmart and received it on April 30th. It was not the right size and had to return it on May 1st for an exchange. On April 21, 2008 I placed an order online for a pair of boots. I finally received them on May 2, 2008. I opened the package and to my disappointment they were size 10 and I ordered a size 8. The flip-top cans are no help to us older folks with weak fingers. I have to pry up the tab with a blunt knife because my fingers aren't strong enough to pull it up. Then I have to use the knife to slide around the lid to release it for the same reason. Then I have to wash off the blood where I cut myself on the lid. And finally the can rib prevents me from getting quite a bit of the contents out unless I puncture the can's side with an old v-point can or bottle opener. We signed up while the new gym in Olari was under construction. They said there would be a pool. They are trying to model the business on USA type gyms, but they don't teach USA type customer service to all of their staff. My wife and I wanted to cancel, they said we can not. Even though we did not get what we signed up for, when I spoke to customer service they said they would have to sue in court or have debt collectors pursue us. Don't go there unless you donate lots of money to the hospital because you won't get the same treatment as those who do. I have personally been told to take a patient who gave money over one who didn't even though the other patient had been waiting longer. We were often told to "give them whatever they wanted" but the other patients did not get the same.
