The incompetent manager halted production of sandwiches for customers who showed up at the store for 30 minutes while they completed Fax Orders. I think it's ridiculous to put Fax orders ahead of customers who actually take the time to walk in to your store. The manager said something about "sorry, it was a large order." These people mishandled my dental care and are now billing me for work that they told me was covered by my insurance. Their staff was unprofessional and incompetent and now they sent me to collections for $300 that I was told was covered under my insurance. They told me it was approved but didn't actually get it approved and billed me over six months later for it and in the process of my complaint they said they would take care of it (or at least investigate it) but instead ignored my calls and sent me to collections instead. I bought 4 pastries for a dinner party on Saturday around 5pm. They were 2 carrot cakes, 1 cherry cheesecake and 1 puff pastry. The total came to $11.83 which I paid via credit card. When we went to eat dessert, the pastries were all stale and not appetizing. I filled out a complaint request on the website asking for my money back and I haven't heard anything back from Pastryland. It is obvious these pastries weren't baked on Saturday - they were obviously a few days old. They shouldn't be selling old pastries for full price. Me and my children have been using shoues of different makes and have never faced the problem of foul smell. We brought about 6 pairs of shoes and sandals. I purchased a spa package from them in Marck 2008. Package was good for a body care visit, hair care visit, skin care visit & nail care visit. After just two visits they tell me they will no longer honor the package. I want a refund and they tell me to call your 800-775-1975 number. I have a problem with fraud. On January 28, 2007, this company took $216.80 from my PayPal account. Although the email uses the NetStoreUSA name, they cash they checks with the DirectDiscountUS name. They prey on the elderly. This company contacted my 82 year old aunt, tried to talk her into changing her prescription drug coverage, and, after she refused, did it anyway. I have been billed two months after my resignation as the company stated I must give 60 days notice of resignation. I have had a nightmare of lies on shipment days and failed promises. Prescription Solutions billed for a prescription that never shipped. The store itself is not bad, but the pharmacy, they open and they are at a 1 hour wait but it only seems that way if the pharmacist Angie is working . I was disabled in 1999 from the results of a car accident. I am paying for Aetna insurance through my company disability plans and I also receive Medicare A, because it is free. Well, My husband and I went and ate lunch at church's the food was good, We ate our food and drank our drinks and I always take my ice along to eat on the road. Well, I took the top off my ice and went to eat it and I looked down into my cup and I saw something brown. I said OH GOD Please no. But sure enough it was a roach.
