Dear Sir: This is a complaint/suggestion. This morning I spent 2 hours picking up trash of the street where I live. There is a Chick Fil a on a nearby corner thus a good bit of the trash was containers from Chick Fil A. This gave me the idea to suiggest to you company thatyou run a Go Green ad campaing to clean up America and to provide car trash bag dispensers at your sites and encourage your clients to use them for their trash rather than throw it out the car windows onto the roadways. I was given misleading info by their customer service rep about returning an unopened/unused trial pack which cost $7.95 and was advised my charge card would be credit for the full amount. I see many complaints about Whirlpool's products, and it comes as no surprise. Someone I know is in a supervisory position at the dryer division. The division employs "bait and switch" tactics. I do not have all the information about the above scam artists. I ordered a bottle of colon cleanse for shipping and handling charge of 3.99. Store #4438 has been carrying a white popcorn in a bag thats to be popped on the stove.However recently for some reason they've stopped, and are now selling a popcorn named Black Jewel, so I bought it even though it's almost twice as much money, and it not only is not as good it does not all pop, leaving alot of unpoppped kernels. Read similar complaints on this site about their cancelation scam. They billed me for 6 months after I sent cancelation form, and battled with the credit card company because they continued to pay them each month. Their "headquarters" in Toms River would tell me they never received my cancelation form, and because I could not prove I mailed it, they would not refund me for their continued billing. I have been receiving IPL treatments for nearly a year now and I HAVE NOT seen any results. In October of '07 I had a breast augmentation and lift. Within 2 weeks, my breasts turned necrotic and I lost both nipples and areolae. I had a nightmare experience at Associates in Opthalmology with Dr. Dan Zimmer. Buyers beware... and do your homework on the subject of laser vision correction. I only by bill blass regular jeans. Recently i purchased two pair of ladies jeans size-8p short. I am having a problem with the zippers on both pair of jeans. Pair number one the glasp on the slider does not lock thus the zipper opens up and the slider comes down. Pair number two the zipper stuck together when you try to bring it down and when you try to pull it up the zipper comes apart. I paid 20 dollars a pair for these jeans and i cannot wear them.
