Ordered a sweater on 10/24 and paid for overnight shipping. The sweater arrive 5 days later after I called Northstyle twice. I was assured both times that my shipping costs would be refunded. My husband and I were the victims of credit card fraud and Dermacia was one of the fraudulent charges on our account. When we tried to cancel and reverse the fraudulent charges, a Dermacia rep told us we would have to return the product. The product arrived and we returned it to sender a few days later. This was in October. In December, Dermacia sent us a bill via a collection agency saying we never paid up. Misleading advertisement. Stated that free gift of a 79.00 field binocular, and two free reports valued at $29.95 each would be coming with product. The binoculars are basic, and the two reports were only a few sheets of paper. Nothing that could be considered a $60.00 value. My wife got me one of the swap cards that Tim Horton's are advertising. The card you never need to carry money if you have the card. The wife put $40.00 on the card, and on the way to work I stopped off at the Central Ave shop to get a coffee. Since Nov 15, 2007, there has been little or no A/C or air circulation in the Spin Class room. The temperature in the room reaches nearly 100 degrees during the class. The instructor leaves the door open but blasts the music so loud that the other patrons in the main part of the gym cannot even hear their own ipods. They conveniently sent a letter dated November 19th notifying members of a charge of $25 for 'enhancements' to the fitness center. I ordered the book and found the program to be too expensive to do. Colonic treatments and organic food, what a rip off. I too tried to call customer service for a RM (return merchandise number). Finally you must call the 800 number on you credit card statement, then they give you the run around after being on hold for 50 minutes and tell me that someone will call you back. Went to Mastercuts in the mall. I was charged more than the posted price for the "Adult haircut, shampoo and Style" package. I was out today wearing a pair of Hush Puppies Sandals (name unknown) I have only worn about ten times when the heel of one of them completely disintegrated and on looking at it it had also cracked across the sole of the shoe.
