Joined Peak Fitness on Robinhood Rd. in Winston Salem, NC in November 05 and after 6 months wanted to cancel, but could not according to the contract I had 24 months before I could cancel. Have not used facility for 18 months but had to continue to pay. It was on one of the first weekends that Fina opened in Los Altos. As I was making my purchase, I accidentally knocked over a jewelry stand near the register. One of the owners, Ron Barajas, loudly sighed and went to pick up the items that fell. I thought that was really rude of him. On an opening weekend, you would think you would be extra nice to your customers. I am a very UNHAPPY CUSTOMER of Papaya. I have to say their customer service just seems to be plain BAD! I went shopping at Papaya in Concord California and the sales clerks there never helped me. On 10/17/07 I had a full face phenol peel under conscious sedation. At 6 weeks post-peel, my face is red ( as expected) BUT the redness is streaky and blotchy all over my face. The uneven application of my peel is the cause of this unacceptable result. It is impossible to apply makeup and look presentable. My husband is in Puerta Vallarta Mexico and went to a Chuches Chicken. The next day he was feeling queezy. He didn't leave the house.
