I purchased Hoodia from this company, they charged my credit card for the initial order and the required second shipment. Now they have turned "my bill" over to collections. I do not owe them and made this clear to them and the collection agency. I was billed twice and didn't even receive the second shipment. They said it must have gotten lost in the mail, that they had sent it. I did not stop payment on my credit card like I said I might do because they said they would turn it over to collections and it "would cost (me) more in the long run". We have been using Coto cleaners for 8 months, they have destroyed my husbands collars, by using very strong chemicals. The chemicals ate through the fabric. Today I pick up my husbands pants. The chemicals ate through the seat of his pants. They tried to say I brought them that way. We live in a wealthy area, where the prices are very high. We have lost six items of clothes since using them.
I have called the newspapers and consumer affairs about the chemicals levels they are using. There seems that there is no regulator agency that checks up on the dry cleaners. read full review »

On 10/15/2007 I went to the Quiznos on 144th W Center. I ordered and paid for a regular size sandwich. When the sandwich came it was a small. I told the cashier, he let the manager know who said "Give me two seconds and I'll take care of it, we'll bring it out." I ordered a pole from Platinum Stages because that is where the poles at the new studio came from. Previously, I had planned to order from Markstaar, because that’s where the poles at the old studio had come from; but I decided to go with Platinum Stages because I liked the ones at the new studio, and I knew they could provide very tall (over 12 feet) brass poles. I also thought it was a good thing that they focus specifically on dance poles (rather than generic brass tubing, like Markstaar).

The CWL was issued December 15, 2006. The Express Mens store in Collin Creek Mall in Plano TX recently had a sign up that if you purchase 3 shirts of a certain brand you would get them for $29.99 each.
I was also advised of this by one of their sales reps on the floor and decided to get 3 shirts.

The bottles, packaging and fragrance itself were different from the authentic. They say it must be authentic but if i wish to return it for a CONSIDERATION of refund, it will be on my dollar. We were charged 9.99 on our alltel bill for ringaza alerts. We did not order this service, the phone that the ringtone is said to be on cant even get ringtones. I called the company to get a refund and they would not comply. Alltel says they cannot refund me because this is a third party fee. This small chain has a few locations in NC. But the Bordeaux location in Fayetteville, NC has problems potential members need to be aware of. Since no one cares about current members, maybe potential ones can make a difference.

They harass the sales associates about harassing the customers about applying for credit cards when not every customer wants to be tied back to a store. I had humana insurance and had to have a c-section to deliver my baby. Humana said in their contract they will pay if it was life threating. All of the paperwork had been submitted and the claims had still been denied. Their excuse was were do not have the right documentation to process this claim. I went to the doctors office and hospital made copies of the file and over nighted them to their office. Still nothing has come from it.
