I signed up and then after receiving my first shipment, called the company and canceled my requests so that I would not receive any future shipments or changes to my account. I returned the shipment and received a credit for it. However, a month later I received another box. This company is hard to reach and does not honor the requests of their customers when they which to cancel their original request for their products. I have since received two shipments and charges to my account. I can't get them to STOP. I guess the best course of action is to see if the bank can block all future invoice payments. I went the physician to get treatment for a sinus infection. I filled out all their paperwork with all my insurance and confidential information. I then proceeded to wait 2 hours to see the doctor and there were 2 people in the waiting room. We signed up to get the magazines and we received a single magazine along with a bill of $298.00 for the membership fee which we did not agree to, we mailed back the bill to them and said we did not agree to this and to cancel everything. About a month later we get a notice from a collection agency for this amount. I contacted the district office of the club, told them the situation and was told they would take care of it. This is the second week in a row that we've noticed a decline in product quality at Dunkin Donuts (Annapolis Maryland). The donuts appear smaller, greasier, less appetizing, less appealing colors, less wholesome and do not taste the same as they did just a couple of months ago. The chocolate tastes off. My Company sponsored a dental program connected with Coastal Dental. Both my wife and I went to different locations and both were greeted with the exact same conditions. This company along with their product is nothing less than a scam. They trick you into a subscription for their product and when you get the surprise next shipment a month later you have already tried their product and realize that the product is horrible.
