This is a for-profit organization that relies on donations from the community in which it is located. However, Valu Village has restrictive return policies. I was in the Fairbanks store on Feb 12, 2011. The store was packed and the dressing rooms unavailable. My experience with Valu Village in the past has been the dressing rooms are filthy. I work for the goverment which pays me a check every two weeks. they send the checks out a couple of days prior to me getting them. I have been working and getting my pay for 17 years. The last one came the next week and now I am waiting again. i beleive the mailman is holding on because he see's me looking for my checks until he decides to deliver it which.
