I ordered a pair of glasses - frames & lenses, on 6 January 2011. The store manager, Mark, is the person that handled my order. The initial experience was poor due to the fact that throughout my transaction, he continually got up to answer the phone or to tell one of the other employees something before coming back to me and my order. Around 0r on 12.7.10, I ordered an anti aging cream. I was to be billed for shipping only. On my credit card I was charged for 2 items I did not authorize. The charges were Transacted on 12.24.10 ($94.95 - as skincares.com) and on 1.08.11 ($99.90 - as urskincare info). I received 2 shipments of this product. This is obviously a common scam. It starts off as a free trial pay for shipping. You receive a 30 day supply and think great and find the product is worthless. 30 days later you receive another bottle and think it must be a mistake. 30 days later you get another check your bank or credit card statement and find charges of 80 plus dollars from some company called LBL Detoxcs.com. This is the oldest trick in the book and I fell for it. Had to cancel my bank card stop payment on the charge etc. I know this is one of those things that the consumer is just set up for and won't be resolved with these modern day thieves. I have a situation where I had 3 policies with this company. Two grouped under one number an a newest one just taken out may of 2010. May 27th 2010 that is. I paid my policies ahed by 3 months increments except for the newest one which I sent the check before the due date of the 27th each month. Bought Atlas Insurance product from this company in march for my mother. Took her to gastroentrologist for diagnosis and treatment of bloody diahorrea in end of march. She undergone endoscopy and colonoscopy for diagonsis. Doctor's office and hospital facilities filed claim directly to HCCMIS. I would like to recommend everyone in CA not to buy any Kaiser health care Insurance. Purchased 8 case's of PurAqua Spring Water...Today noticed that some brown particles floating in an sealed and closed bottle...Had consumed about half the case of water (24 bottles). The injections were given to me by a Kings County Public Health Nurse 2/RN. The area where the injections were given to me where very painful. The needle is no bigger than an insulin needle.
