I rely on sending my work out through Click N Ship because standing in line at the post office is just as bad. At the present time I have racked up approximately $148.50 in unprinted labels because their website just freezes up. My complaint is against Monitronics Security. I had a contract with them in Mississippi with a system the builder had hard wired into the house. I was transfered from Mississippi to Illinois through work only 1 year into my 3 year contract. I filed a complaint with the BBB against a BBB member, Palm Harbor Homes; and the BBB closed my case due to the Palm Harbor sales manger lieing to them and telling them my house was completed when it was not. The initial site allows you to (for example)search police records for a specific individual. It indicates there is information on the database regarding police records for that person; however, you can only access it if you are a member. Subsequently, if you really want that information you decide to become a member and pay the one time fee for unlimited access to information. I became a member. The phone calls start at 8am on the dot and go until 9pm Monday thru Sunday and there have been as many as 13 a day and as many as 5 in one hour. I frequently get unsolicited calls/sms of advt. nature mostly bank loans. I do not know, how on earth they get access to the database of service providers. The cell nos are supposedly to be of secret in nature and there is a Supreme court of India judgment that the persons making unsolicited calls can be booked under law. I have been having issues with this company for years. They routinely call our office and ask whoever answers the phone to "verify the shipping address" for supplies that we have never requested. Every time I attempt to cancel the order or to return it I am told that that we "approved" the order by giving the shipping address. My refrigerator has been out of order since sunday july 9, 2006. I called the work ticket number 718-707-7771. I filed the complaint on monday july 7, 2006 the maintenace worker came by and told me the freezer had too much ice and to defrost it for 24 hours by leaving the freezer door open. I had to take all of my meat to my neighbor and leave my milk, eggs etc in the frigerator. The maitenance worker said that the food in the frigerator would be ok as long as i left the door open.
