I went into my local post office in Fort Smith, Arkansas to apply for my passport. I gave them all the information they asked for and then proceeded to ask if they needed anything else. The lady kept telling me that what I gave was enough (ID, Birth Certificate) she made a copy of my ID, and sent them the original of my birth certificate.
