They have such a long user agreement and don't ntice it till you see it in some remarks on some of the profiles. They have this listed in the terms and agreements. Our parcel from Vistaprint (250 leaflets in a paper box), were delivered at the completely wrong address. Because the people living there didn't happen to be in, the courier left our parcel by their fence and tossed a "sorry I missed you" card through their door. They happened to be away in holidays so two weeks after they brought our parcel to the right address (as it was clearly written on it) apologising for its soggy state. I don't understand how a customer service help line could be busy all day long. I have been trying for a week straight to get through and nothing. The company has staffing to answer emergency calls on evening and weekends, but don't call for technical service or an accounting issue. The company states customer service is available 24/7 in their advertising and when customers talk to telephone reps. But what the company does not tell you is that technical services are available on m-f from 9-5.
