On 4/19/09 I was considered disqualified for unemployment benefits and billed for benefits overpaid. I appealed this decision and won the appeal on 6/7/10. They advertised grocery coupons with GrocerySavers.com supposedly to do Marketing Research. Turns out they ARE NOT Nielsen (but Nelson), you had to pay for the coupon booklet and then pay to have the coupons delivered!
