In January 2010 I applied with this company for a mortgage modification. I was promised that they would be able to accomplish this. I paid $1250 to them for this and was promised that if they were unable to perform the modification they would refund my money. In June 2010, we contracted with Breedlove Landscape Services located in Centralia, Missouri. They were supposed to install a patio alongside the back area of our home.
