I ordered the State Quarter Bears that came every time the new quarters were released. I didn't recv. 3 state bears and started calling to find out why since they had my credit card and they were automatically charged. I also started recieving other bears that i asked not to send or charge to my card. I have called several times and left messages and no one has called me back. Now the phone number no longer works. Your cutting line was unbelievably long. Cutting clerk was buried in too much fabric and not enough help. I went to the drapery fabric cutting table and noticed a clerk, later found out her name is Robin, standing there gabbing with another clerk. They were laughing and carrying on. I contacted this place in order to have a custom part made. I received an estimate and paid for the material up front. The order in question was $20 or so for the sheet stock, and an additional $80 for the actual metalwork. As soon as I received the quote for the work needing to be done, I payed the individual in question thru paypal, At this point, he stops answering my emails/ calls etc. Several weeks have passed and I have heard nothing. We just got this phone number last August 2009 when we moved to our current address. This company keeps calling for some woman who's name I can't even pronounce or spell. We have repeatedly told them this woman doesn't live here or own this phone number anymore! Don't know who it is and they still keep calling!
