I am currently in the midst of dealing with my shipping woes from YRC. I placed an order several weeks ago which was shipped through them. No problem. I worked at Elgin for less then 3 months before they fired me. This company told me that family came first...i did not think they were talking about there own family not mine. I had a couple of family issues like my uncle passing away and almost losing my father and when i called to cancel on going out on a run they were very upset with me..the final straw was when my truck broke down they rushed me into a spare truck i forgot my pars stickers in my original truck. The owner seems to have no skills in running a business, no regard for customer service and proves to be completely incompetent with her entire operations. Communication with customers is inconsistent, fees are randomly assessed without proper notification, customer files get mixed with each other and customers are confused with other customers. I ordered this "stress and anxiety" program for my fiance who suffers from social phobias and high anxiety. I left it up to him to look at the program himself. He decided this program was not for him and when I tried to return the unwatched, untouched box that the program came in I was told No. They would send my bill to a collection agency (over $500) and did not care what circumstances had come up that I could not pay.
