I booked a parcel for USA from Mumbai post office located at Powai IIT by EMS. My tracking number is EMO88992820IN and date of booking is 12/12/09. Every time I try to track the status, a message comes: details not available. When I booked the parcel, I was told that it takes 5 working days to deliver. I ordered their frog-o-sphere and all I received was a plastic tank, some gravel and a bamboo plant. I have waited three weeks and called customer service FOUR times. Each time, they say there is nothing they or I can do, no one I can talk to and that I should just wait another two days and hope for the best. My Mother died Nov. 13th, 2009 under the impression her life insurance would pay . She had paid 8 years but it is for 10. Mom was Bi-Polar and lost track of finance sometime.
