Ordered a pair of Orthotics over the phone. Their Automated system wouldn't confirm what the total amount was billed. When I received the charges on line I was charged twice . I contacted their Customer Service Dept, you're connected to someplace in India and their rep gave me a confirmation # to return their product and write refused return to sender. I used Virgin for a wireless home phone and broadband combined and paid $60 per month. For the first two months I had no service at all. I spent several hundred dollars to rent party supplies. The tablecloths were the wrong color and were stained and had numerous cigarette burn holes. The lights were dirty and did not work. I replaced the lightbulbs & they still didn't work. The white chairs were filthy. I washed them down somewhat(with all my spare time getting ready for a party), but they were still far from white. 12/01/2009 - Went up to the Information/Customer Service desk to ask to hold a purse I liked till close of business. Customer service lady ask the Security man to see what I wanted. Today, 30/11/09, I was driving down Bailey Drive- Bootle when I was almost forced of the road by an Iceland Heavy Goods Vehicle. This incedent happened at 1500.
